At this very moment, where people are struggling, suffering and going through a-lot than they ever expected, it has become essential for a person to focus more on their mental health. But what Mental health is? Is it the stress, pressure or fear that we feel? What exactly is it? Let me explain, it is a state of well being in which the individual realities his\her ability and tries to cope up with the normal stress of life.
This COVID situation has developed a prominent stress, tension and fear in minds of the people which is affecting their daily lives. But mainly it is affecting the life of the students, who were planning for their future. Specially the high school students.
Me being one of them is also suffering and can absolutely feel the pain within.Like me many of you can connect with this, Being a student of 12th grade is not at all easy at this particular situation, as it’s going to be one and a half year and We’re still struggling in the same grade. Trust me it is not at all easy to manage variety of things at one time.
Many of you have applied for distinct entrance exams of your interested field, which for now has become an additional stress for the students. If I talk personally, i’m really concerned and stressed right now for my future. We always want our future to be secured but in this pandemic it is uncertain.
Parents on the other hand plays a huge role in their child’s life. They should understand the situation and react accordingly. If parents are creating pressure then they themselves putting their child’s life in danger.Students are suffering from chronic stress and are really concerned about their future as much as their parents. Parents must support their child and help them to overcome this situation.
So for now mental health with your physical health should be the priority and it is paramount to maintain a healthy and positive environment throughout your family. Communicate as much as you can and spread positivity.
TOGETHER WE CAN OVERCOME THIS SITUATION. STAY STRONG , STAY SAFE ❤️

Mental health is quite underrated subject and there’s a taboo attached to it in our society. While, speaking out ones mind is most important thing in today’s time, where we are facing once in a century sort of crisis.
ReplyDeleteChildren’s lost their childhood, students have lost the fun of being with their gang mates, professionals are forced to spend their entire day on Zoom, Skype & MS Teams and housewives have completely lost their me time.
Everyone is so stressed and worst part is that no one know when it’s gonna end? So, here we need to understand that we all need to share and express our views, speak up our mind and raise questions and specially kids and students needs an extra care. Where parents needs to become a friend of their kids and push them to express their anxiety and concerns be it about their personal well being or career.
This way only we can save our future generation and this article clearly indicates the significance of mental health. Since, it’s coming from someone who’s among the most affected lot.
